18 Month Check Up

Brady had his 18 month well visit on Monday which turned out to be a double sick visit. Brooklyn had a cold and didn't feel very well so I had the dr. look at her while we there. The appointment didn't start out great. One of the kids sippy cups ended up leaking all over the diaper bag, me, and the floor. So after cleaning up what I could, the dr. checked Brady out. He weighs 22 pounds(2o%) and is 31 inches tall (30%). He is our little peanut. She said he looks good overall except his ear infection and seems to be doing all the things he should be able to do at that age. Then Brady got four shots and then Brooklyn had to get two swab tests up her nose which resulted in both kids crying. The nurse came in with suckers to calm the kids. I don't usually give my kids sweets very often but since they were both crying I decided why not. Brady never having a sucker before proceeded to make the biggest stickiest sucker slober mess all over him and me. The dr. finally came back with test results which revealed that both kids have RSV. So I left the appointment with two sick kids and looking like a mess from the mix of water and sucker slobber all over my pants.

Yikes, RSV is scary, I love you call Brady a peanut for being small ...what would you call our Logan at 3 and 8 percentiles.
